1 Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to uuok, Bangladesh's premier online betting and casino platform, operated under the brand name uuok and accessible at https://uuok.bar. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") set out the complete terms governing the relationship between uuok ("we", "us", "the Platform") and any individual who accesses, registers on, or places wagers through the uuok platform ("you", "the Player", "the User").

By creating an account on uuok, logging into an existing account, depositing funds, placing any bet, or accessing any game or feature on the Platform, you are taken to have unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of any other person, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that person to these Terms and that the person meets all eligibility requirements set out herein.

uuok reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, uuok will notify registered Players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect. 2 Eligibility and Age Verification

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on uuok, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age. uuok strictly enforces this age restriction and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party for wagering purposes.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited or where access to the uuok Platform has been restricted.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of uuok, nor an immediate family member or household member of any such person.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from the uuok Platform for any reason.
• You are not suffering from or seeking to exploit any technical error, vulnerability, or malfunction of the Platform.

2.1 Identity Verification

uuok operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All Players may be required to submit government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawal requests are processed or promotional benefits are released. Accepted documents include National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh. uuok reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and account access pending satisfactory completion of identity verification at any time.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the uuok Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether by the same individual or by individuals acting in concert — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances, including any pending withdrawal amounts. If you discover that you have accidentally created more than one account, you must contact [email protected] immediately to have the duplicate closed.

3 Account Registration and Security

When registering an account on the uuok Platform, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address. You must update this information promptly if any details change. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

3.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your uuok account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. uuok will never ask you to disclose your password via email, telephone, or any other channel. Any activity carried out through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until you notify uuok of any unauthorised access.

3.2 Suspected Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify uuok immediately by contacting [email protected]. Upon receiving such notification, uuok will temporarily suspend your account pending investigation. uuok recommends that all Players enable SMS two-factor authentication, available within the account security settings, to provide an additional layer of protection against unauthorised access.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request closure of your uuok account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any pending withdrawal of cleared, withdrawable balances will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure prior to account closure. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure unless otherwise specified in the applicable bonus terms.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

All account balances on the uuok Platform are maintained in BDT. No currency conversion is applied, and no overseas transaction charges are levied on deposits or withdrawals processed through supported local payment channels.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently accepted on the uuok Platform for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time. uuok reserves the right to add or remove payment methods without prior notice, though changes to payment method availability will be communicated to Players through the Platform where possible.

4.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal Limits

4.3 Deposit Processing Times

bKash and Nagad deposits are credited to the uuok wallet within 60 seconds in most cases. Rocket and Upay transfers typically clear within 30 minutes. Bank transfers may take between 15 minutes and 2 hours depending on the processing bank and time of day. uuok is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Bangladesh public holidays. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad) are typically completed within 15 to 60 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. All withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of identity verification prior to first withdrawal. uuok reserves the right to apply enhanced verification checks to any withdrawal request at its discretion.

4.5 Prohibited Payment Practices

The use of third-party payment accounts — that is, payment accounts registered in a name other than the registered account holder — is strictly prohibited. Any funds deposited from a third-party account will be returned to the originating source and may result in account suspension. Players may not use the uuok Platform to process, transfer, or launder funds for any purpose other than legitimate personal wagering.

5 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

uuok offers promotional bonuses to new and existing Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions tied to the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other calendar events. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are credited to the Player's account only after all eligibility conditions have been met, including minimum deposit thresholds and opt-in requirements where applicable.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any portion of the bonus or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Applicable wagering multipliers will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, non-negotiable, and have no cash value until wagering requirements have been completed in full.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the creation of multiple accounts, the use of coordinated betting strategies designed to reduce wagering requirement risk, or the use of third-party funds — will result in immediate cancellation of all bonus balances and may result in permanent account closure. Determination of what constitutes bonus abuse rests entirely with uuok and is made at the Platform's sole discretion.

6 Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on the uuok Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. In the event of any conflict between the general provisions of these Terms and the specific rules of a game or market, the specific game or market rules shall take precedence. It is the Player's responsibility to familiarise themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

6.1 Sports Betting

Cricket betting on the uuok Platform covers a wide range of markets including Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, and other domestic and international cricket competitions. Match result markets are settled on the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In-play bet settlement follows the live data feed; in the event of a data feed error or official correction, uuok reserves the right to void or re-settle affected bets.

6.2 Casino and Slot Games

All casino and slot games available on the uuok Platform are supplied by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. 7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the uuok Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, their balances forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software not expressly authorised by uuok.
• Placing bets in a coordinated or systematic manner designed to exploit pricing errors, bonus structures, or game mechanics (collusion, arbitrage abuse, bonus hunting).
• Using insider knowledge, match-fixing information, or any non-public information to gain an unfair advantage in betting markets.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, misrepresentation, or deceptive conduct in connection with the Platform, including identity fraud, payment fraud, or chargeback fraud.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the technical infrastructure of the uuok Platform.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account credentials or account access to any third party.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal recreational gambling in accordance with these Terms.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the uuok Platform — including but not limited to the uuok brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of uuok or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. You may not reproduce, distribute, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of any Platform content without the express prior written consent of uuok.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, uuok shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if uuok has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

uuok's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the Platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies to all claims in the aggregate, not per occurrence.

uuok does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You access and use the Platform entirely at your own risk.

11 Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

uuok is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and provides a comprehensive suite of player protection tools. These tools are accessible from within the account dashboard at any time and take effect immediately upon activation:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps on your account.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

13 Amendments and Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the uuok Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and uuok in relation to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature. No oral statement, representation, or warranty made by any uuok employee or representative shall constitute a modification of these Terms unless made in writing and expressly incorporated herein.
